What’s Up In My Crazy Little World

So we took the kids ( sydney and Crawford/Big Boy and Jake) to African Lion Safari on Saturday and they loved it look here to see some pics of them!! They are sooo adorable!!

So yesterday amanda, Jay, Kerry and I went to wonderland. It was pretty fun the day was sunny and hot, the lines weren’t too bad and Jay was being silly with the games. But then we left wonderland to back to the car and thats when everything went down hill. When we got to the car Jay looked in and thats when we realized his car had been broken into. Yep thats right they took his stereo, work briefcase, all our bags with our bathing suits and sweaters and changes of clothes :(. I lost my favourite Old Navy sweater and my very expensive Billabong bathing suit. Kerry lost he brand new guess seater and amanda lost her bathign suit and shorts We are all very sad and mad but not as mad as Jay of course. So lesson learned you gotta close your windows completly at Wonderland!! BE CAREFUL!!

Okay so I hate job hunting. This could be a very long process thats all I’ve figured out. So who knows when I will find a job. There is like a million jobs out there and your either over-qualified or under-qualified. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Okay this is an AWESOME movie. Well at least to me. I recommend that everyone see this movie it was jsut wow. That’s all I’m going to say because I would not like to ruin it for anyone.

Oh wow was that a good birthday party. I give a big congrats to mark and his roomates for throwing the party of the summer. So many things happened some blog worthy, some not so much. Well when we were partying we decided to do tequila and I taught the good way with the orange slice to many new people that night. Then there was HArshie puking which we can nwo say he is one of us because we’ve all been there and the not wanting to drink again because of the feeling. But really all it means is NOW you are jsut as cool as the rest of us Harsh. Then everythign true to Rachel form is very spotty. I had some fun with Nick. Yes the infamous “no spark” Nick from past entries. Well not on purpose I left him with a couple Hickies, sucka!!! Oh well guess there was some spark. And then today I had such a wicked stomach hangover. But now that its gone it wasn’t so bad.

Well this past weekend a whole whack of us went camping and it was pretty fun there were some new people who havne’t come with us before. It was nice weather we had sun on Saturday for part of the afternoon but hten some big clouds came in so we left the beach. But it was fun ate a LOT of crap, with a little subway on top of that. Had some booze but none the less it was fun. At least we got out camping once this year but I am supposed to be going to Brie and Jesse’s cottage at the end of the summer and that should be fun. Hopefully by then I will have a real job to go to Well time will only tell! Hope everyone had a good weekend

Yay I finished school on friday and I am so excited. Its like this huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Sooooo happy! But now I have this horrible task of trying to find a job. GUH!!! I hate finding a job but hopefully I will find a co-op job sometime in the near future. I do have an interview tomorrow with GTAA and that should be good. It’s at least a good start since school only ended 3 days ago. As well most companies that have interviews now don’t want their students to work till the end of August because their other co-op students are working. So who knows, but I will be busy with Bartending school starting a week today and hopefully that’ll be fun Chris said it was a good course. So hopefully, everyone keep your fingers crossed

Okay so I would love to live in New York that city is sooo busy like all the time. Rush hour there is insane and everyone is very face oaced including when they are walking everyone walks super fast its wacky!! So here is a list of the exciting things I did and saw -
Saw the Guggenheim (it was closed)
Walked the length of central park (approx 30 blocks)
Went to the Empire State building and stood in a 45 min line just to come down 15 mins later
Went to Times Square (look at cam two Harsh you can see the coke thing)
Saw the Naked Cowboy
Went to Tiffany’s (and they had very pretty sparkly stuff)
Went to Trump Tower (very gawdy)
Went in Louis Vuitton (very boring)
Saw Coca Cola Offices
Saw Rockefeller Center
Saw Dylan’s Candy Bar(where you can get skittles and m&m’s in just one colour if you want and it’s owned by Ralph Laurens Daughter)
Saw Serendipity (the one from the movie)
Went to TGIF’s on fifth avenue for dinner
Ate real New York Pizza (OIL)
Saw St. Patrick’s Cathedral (Which my cell phone rang in the church and I got kicked out but none the less very very beautiful)

I think that’s it… oh and I saw a goat and took a picture, I had actually over 60 pics and then for some reason my camera erased them all I was looking at them and KABLAMO!!! No more pics so I may go back in two weeks for 2 days! Then I can take more pictures and buy some stuff. I got a couple little things for a few people but nothing special. In total I walked just over 100 blocks yesterday and today I am paying for it!!! OWWWW My feet are killing me, Next time I want to bring someone with me and I want to hit SoHo and do some real shopping!! Neways GO NEW YORK!!!
