They jsut changed cover at the club to 5 dollars prolly cuz no one is coming so I may not work there for much longer if this keeps up!
Hurrah I love snow it totally gets me in the christmas spirit. Plus for some reason everything looks so peaceful.It also gets me in the crap I need snow tires spirit and can’t really afford them yet:) I almost ran into someones car in the parking lot at work this morning because apparently unit pavers are much more slippery then asphalt. EEP!! But I missed her car by meer cm!! But now it’s almost the end of the week and that makes me happy because that means I get to see Ryan and Liz tomorrow. YAY!!! It also means mommy is making a roast even more YAY! So hope everyoen has a good Friday!
You know why I am soooooooooooo jelous of lindsay sometimes. It’s because of days like today when I go outside and my car is covered in ICE!!! Yes ICE!! This is why I can’t wait to move out on my own so I can either have a garage of my own or underground parking!! What I hate most is the fact that the frikin windsheild whippers never work properly when they get iced over so I’m taking hot water with me outside and some paper towel at lunch and I’m going to pour it over my windsheild whippers to thaw off the ice then dry them off so they wont re-freeze… THEN I’m going to pour the hot water on the windsheild fluid holes because I can’t seem to get the ice out of one of them. GRRR!!!
Okay when you go to the movies you see the sound guy or the set guy or the stunt double whining about how they are the ones that get hurt when pirating happens. Well they get paid either way so really blah blah blah is all I hear. But now they can shut it. I was reading an article in the star Pretty much to sum up this article. Thsi guy has to pay the movie industry 24 million dollars for showing pirated movies on his website to paying members. Wel ltake that mister I want to break the law!
Today is Wednesday and I love wednesday’s because they are in the middle of the week and so close to the weekend. A much better day then Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday at noon is actually the best time of day! Today I jhave so much on my plate there are so many birthday’s to buy for so I’m going to go and try to conquer a few of those today at the mall. I know what I’m getting Amanda. I think I know what I’m getting Larissa but Matt and Tommy are quite difficult. Plus I also have to see if I can find me a suit 
Stupid suit shopping!! Oh well what can you do.
Today is Amanda’s 23rd Birthday. So a big Happy Birfday to her 
Okay seriously this game which allows players to re-enact the assasination of JFK is a new low. They say the game was created to disprove conspiracy theories but give me a break. This shows such a lack of respect for his memory and is not respectful to his family. I can’t believe someone actually thought this was a good idea.
Okay so Jay and Kerry are moving in under two weeks now. I think everyone in the world is going to help with this one. But Jay and Kerry have really been making sure they have enough trucks. Well here is a good one the International CXT this thing is huge. It is like a transport truck and a pick-up truck slammed into each other For people who like nifty things give the a look and see what you think.
Well it was a pretty good weekend.
Friday I worked by myself in coats it was really dead. So I was busy enough by myself but had there been two of us I woulda been bored outta my skull.
Saturday I woke up and went christmas shopping with Erin. That was fun I haven’t seen her in forever it was so nice to see her. She’s fun and we always have a good time shopping together. But I still have like half my list to get done EEEP. Then I came home for about 2 hrs and then went to Larissa’s where she made us some very yummy food. But no cake. Then off to work. Which was so dead. We jsut hit 100 on Saturday which is bad for a Saturday.
Sunday NOTHING!!! I did NOTHING. I cleaned my bathroom went to visit Jo at blockbuster. Then Icame home watched some of my Thursday night shows it was great. Then watched American Dreams and one of the major characters JJ came home from vietnam where he was MIA. It was such a happy episode. But that was it. Oh and the power surged at home on Sunday so I had to reset my alarm well I set the clock for AM instead of PM and then my alarm didn’t go off this morning. But I still made it here early thanks to Mommy.
Okay I was just reading The Star and there was this article about how the government is actually considering a near ban of trans fats. This means that they would drastically reduce the amount of trans fats. Resulting in the max aloud would be 3% of food content to be trans fat. The article states that canadians eat up to 10g of the fats a day. One of the worst in the world(who wants to take a stab at who number 1 is?). Apparently this was done in Denmark quite successfully. I think its a great idea because yes as yummy as those trans fats are I believe our society needs to be more health concious. It’s okay to occasionally indulge in treats (as I have been pretty bad this week I gotta stop baking) but I think that North Americans do it too much. We don’t eat healthy and it seems like some of us don’t care how we treat our bodies. I hope this passes, as it sounds there seems to be a general concesus in parliment that this is a good idea. This may be another one of those rare mometns in history when we can all just get along.
LAst night was awesome. I got home from the office at like 4:05 and then I watched gilmore girls from last night then I napped (I love naps). Then I got up and ate dinner with my mom and Steve which was nice. I told ryan I wanted Bust-a-Move 3000 for Gamecube (If you haven’t played Bust-a-Move it is the best game ever). Then I watched the OC and then went to work ugh. I was htinking hey I shouldn’t do too bad I’m by myself so prolly like 100 - 120.. .well at 11 I had 80 (thats the slow time before that) I was like holy crappers batman. Then I proceeded to make 171 dollars total. I went to cash out and I was ridiculously over. 15 dollars over, I think I forgot to give 2 people 10 bucks back becasue they looked at me funny but I though I had given it to them, you know I’m telling the truth here becasue that money would be in my pocket had I known that I was ripping them off. Not Erics he’s got enough money. But then I went to coats and some guy tipped me 2 dollars while Alicia was cashing out and he said it was cuz I was smiling I think it was because I was wearing my VERY low cut top! But a great night it was!!
Then THE OC I love that show but it seems to have lost a bit of its spunk from last season. But none the less it was good, Julie telling her ex that she was in love with him when she married him, Cal appointing Julie as new CEO of this company and then after Kirstin throws a fit appoints her the Chair Financial Advisor (which she doesn’t accept without a raise… mmm she’s not a spoiled rich kid). Then Ryan meets a new girl who is kinda an outcast of Newport as well and they realize over the course of the show they can be friends. Seth does a really nice thing for Summer by getting a job at the Warf and then getting summer sold out tickets to a concert there. Then he proceeds to ruin this “friendship building” act he’s done by kissing her. Which then he reverts to old Seth matters and talks about himself for the rest of the episode. But Marissa convinces Seth to go apologize to Summer but he goes to the boat club and there is Summer with (cue the suspense music) HER NEW BOYFRIEND AND DAD. This is a huge deal because Seth had to convince Summer that she should introduce him to her dad and it went horribly but as the production team wants we see Summer, new boy and dad having a rip roaring grand ol time. Marissa goes to the school to visit Ryan but finds him doing homework with new girl which proceeds to make Marissa depressed… Where is her crutch her seriously you didn’t see one shot of her swiggin back a bottle of vodkea this episode. The end Seth and Marissa so sad… Suckers… maybe Seth shouldn’t have run out on Summer like a whack job and maybe Marissa shouldn’t have been a drug doin alcoholic this past summer and called Ryan and they could be friends. (The whole drug thing just speculation but with her history it only seems appropriate!!!
So this is how reliable the weather network is. I have checked the weather 3 times since I got to work (you can see how busy I am). The wether for next week has changed every time I have checked it. How cool is that. But it’s only gotten better.

Well it was a lovely evening last night. I went to the Firkin with Jay,Kerry and Bob and it was nice I normally don’t go out on week nights but I figured hey what the heck lets be wild and crazy and stay out past my normal bed time. So I did!!! I’m a rebel!!! It was quite nice to see them again though. I hardly ever see those 3 anymore cuz Bob’s always out with Mike and the applewood crew. Jay and Kerry… well they just work different hours and days then most… and me working all the time doesn’t help either. But I like the money and thats what I’m working for. But oh well what can you do. I need to win the lottery that’s what I need to do.
Okay Oil of Olay came out with a product called moisture rinse. It’s awesome you use it after your body wash and it’s like body lotion. You just put a little bit in your hand for each part of your body and then rinse off after your shower. Well OMG I have never had a moisturizer work this well. I use it when I shower in the morning and my skin is still so soft. Even my freshly shaved legs. As all girls know sometimes it’s a problem in the winter to keep legs moisturized after you shave. This was the best investment ever!!! EVER!!!
