What’s Up In My Crazy Little World

So I have the house to myself …. well with pepper thats not really alone. But no other humans around. I am totally bored I like to have someone to talke to so I definatly have to have a toronto phone number or a number that will be local to the mississauga folk…. ie. Anthony and Amanda….. hrmmm odd the people I talk to most are both at the begining of the alphabet. I don’t know I’m bored… maybe its just cuz for the last two days i have had Anthony around… actually since Saturday he has been around which was amazing now I’m not seeing him today and I think that I am just a little lonely thats all. So when I get my own place I will have to learn to keep myself company. I think pepper is watching the rain fall in the backyard. Speaking of rain what the hell after like 2 days of HOT like super killer hot. So they call for these severe thunderstorms. I think I saw maybe 10 lightning flashes and one boom of thunder. So this is no serious storm. Whatever back to watching Inked.

Ok so someone at work jsut showed me this vido and it is funny i think everyone shoud watch it.

I am totally so sick it really sucks and I wish this would stop happening my nose really hurts its sooo sore and breathing is a bit tough. But my puffer is helping that and I am starting to feel a little better. I am looking forward to working from home tomorrow if I can work I am going to sleep in a little. Hopefully that will help a little. Oh well what can you do?

So its been a great long weekend so far. I spent Saturday and Sunday in Niagara Falls with Anthony and it was absolutley AMAZING. I have never been able to let go of what’s going on in the rest of my life. It was so relaxing and fun I don’t know how it worked but it did. I still have one day left of my weekend too which is the best part. So this is what its like not working on the weekends. Anthony made me relax so much I was able to forget that I was sick untill I came home and the cold got a bit worse. I actually keep loosing my voice.
It was soo funny when we were in the hotel there was an adjoining room to the room next to ours and i could here the people in the next room having sex when Anthony and I were trying to sleep. Then at like 3 in the morning this girl was like freaking out in the hallway. I guess they had been drinking her and her friends and they were getting kicked out because they were being loud. It was like 30 mins in the hallway they were so loud and she did NOT want to leave. It was crazy. But it was funny as crap!!
I can’t wait till the parents go away because then I get the house to myself. Actually even better off I can’t wait to get my own place because then I will have my place to myself! It will always be MY place to go and relax to!!

Okay so EVERYTHING went through all the conditions are taken off my purchase for 2010 Cleave Ave, Burlington. I am so excited because now all the pictures are up. So if you would like to see my new condo click here then you can all see my new place. One of the major pluses about burlington is that even on weekends the roads aren’t super trafficy. As well Lins and Gregg are around the corner. Only downfall work and all my other friends are in sauga

YAY NEW PLACE

I am very excited about this long weekend because I get to do something different this year. This year I am not going camping, I’m not going to a wedding I am not working. I am going away for the night with Anthony I am sooo excited to spend like two days with him. We are going to Niagara Falls and I am excited to not work for 3 days. Even though I somehow feel that I will end up working on Monday probably. I am so excited because I am always sooo happy whenever Iam with him so this should be a good weekend. HURRAH!!!

So the mortgage went through which means the house is mine HURRAH!! I went back last weekend. Katie came and drew up some floor plans which I will post tomorrow and Amanda took some pictures which I will hopefully get within the next couple of days I am sooo excited for people to see it. I thought it would be fun to register for my house warming I am registered at Home Outfitters. I just think its better then getting 7 toasters. When I have my house warming people don’t have to get me something. But if they want to now they can go to Home Outfitters and get me something I want

So I started hunting again after a somewhat rough weekend at home. I went out to Burlington hunting just because you are going to get more square footage moving out there for the same price as in mississauga. SO I looked in Burlington and I found a place that is very similar to the other place I was going to get in Burlington. Its about the same room dimensions for the living room and the bedroom. The difference is there is no Den but there is a eat in kitchen big enough that I can fit a table in there for 4 so thats my plan for that
So yesterday night we went to Oakville and she went to her room and I to mine and then we bounced back and forth offers. First offer we went in with was 143,500 August 17 closing. This is because it was only on the market for 3 days. She was asking 149,900. They also know that Kilmer is falling down so they were a bit touger to negotiate with. So her counter offer was July 31 and 149,899 (What the hell 1 dollar). So then I was so pissed with that I counter offered with 145,000 final offer. I was pissed I wanted her to be screwed and then Andrew went over there with my offer and said I could’ve gotten you more but my client was very turned off by your counter offer. So they go and speak about it. Then her agent comes out and speaks to Andrew and says we are going to have to say goodnight. My client will only go to 147. Andrew was like well that was what my client was willing to pay. So she was like give me a minute after Andrew told her client that. So Andrew and I sit there they counter offer with 147 this time. So after ho and humming because I still wanted to walk out and screw her but I really liked the building. The cupboards are realyl nice so I decided to go with it. So I now shouldn’t have any problems getting this mortgage this time there don’t seem to be any structural problems.

Oh yeah I totally forgot I am going to Vegas with Nikki, Jason, Mark, Amanda and Kris in September we are leaving on September 1st during the labour day weekend. Why then you ask. Well thats because its Nikki’s 30th birthday it is going to be a wicked week. I am so excited. Unfortunatly Anthony prolly can’t come because he will be coming back form Italy right before I go to Vegas so he most liekly wont be comign at all. Oh well. But none the less it will be awesome. We are going to stay the the Stratosphere Hotel

So I haven’t been the bestest blogger in the world in the past couple months. However when I was bloggin I would sit in bed while watching TV and blog. Alas now I have a new laptop. Now I can sit in bed and write about stuff again Woohoo!!

So what has been new in my life. Well I don’t think I blogged about it however as most people know anyways I am dating the most amazing guy Anthony. We have been dating for about 5 months. I love spending time with him. We actually met at my moms office christmas party. Neither of us works at the company. But I went because I miss all the people that work there because I used to work with all of them. He on the other hand was a guest of my moms assistant. She brought two of her boyfriends friends and Anthony was one of them. He won me over right off the bat because we were making fun of the NEW president of the company. It was great.

What else is new. Well 1 year and 6 months later after being done school I paid off ALL my debt my lines of credit and my student loans my credit cards. I DID it!! Woohoo. Now I am saving up to buy my own place. I did put an offer in and got it accepted. But then I couldn’t get my mortgage because there were to many structural problems. So alas I am not getting it but it was a GORGEOUS place. I did really like it but I didn’t want to get into a money pit.

What else not to much Ryan and Liz have applied for her residency so hopefully that will come through within a year. So then she can come to Canada. That would be awesome because I miss Ry and Liz soooo MUCH!!! They are lucky and are off on the Canary Islands this past week. I am jealous I can’t wait to see the pictures. JEALOUS!!
