What’s Up In My Crazy Little World

So now that most of the sickness is gone I can tell you a bit more about Vegas. It was so much fun. We pulled one all nighter and one almost all nighter till 4:30am. Which for me is crazy. The all nighter was insane. We played slots at the Sahara till 6:30am we didn’t know that what time it was an we walked out and the sun was coming up. Ahhh!!! But we had left in the middle of the night to walk down the strip a bit. We saw a bunch of cops pull over a hummer on the strip and pull out there guns and start screaming at the guy to get out of the car. It was sooo cool!! But then Nikki made me leave. I spent a lot of time by the pool buring the day. One night we walked down the strip and saw the hotels and that was soooo cool. All the hotels are sooo different and so unique. I really want to go back.

This is going to be short because I am sooo sick. Vegas was amazing and thank god I didn’t get sick till I got home! Here are the pics

Anthony comes hoem in 4 days and I get a gift!!! WOOHOOO!

I also have a rental 2007 Dodge Caliber its GORGEOUS. I love driving it. It’s liek am ini SUV for lack of better words. It’s awesome and now I want to get one of those instead of the accent if they can help me get out of my lease. I know this is a very difficult task and sometimes impossible. So we will see I want to do it while they have 0% financing on.

So I thought baseball games were ridiculously slow most my life.But now I know they are so long here is proof. goota love the gmail little quotes at the top… todays have been rather good other good places are Oddly Enough… true but funny stories

So its been a while since I have posted. So not too much has happened. I spent the last week with Anthony since his parents were gone in Italy. Now he is gone to Italy to But thats okay becasue he comes back in 9 days YAY. Then I get to see him

But since he’s been gone I’ve realized two things 1. Living out of your parents home is harder then it looks. You sit down and realize holy batman I have so much to do and get up and clean… there is always something to do. Liek clean or do laundry or clean somemore. 2. I don’t like when my boyfriend is not around I miss him and have clearly not been spending enough time with my friends because I call them and they are all busy!! SHEESH!!!

What else is new… not too much I plan to get my hair cut next week. Getting a good chunk chopped off make it healthy again… however I may die it or highlight it. That I haven’t decided depends how the finances are but I am getting it cut FOR SURE!!

This weekend is supposed to be gorgeous. Sunny not too hot. Saturday Nikki and I are going to Kelso Beach and then Sunday I am goign to Centerville(which for you not torontonians is on Centre Island and is an amusement park for kids). So we will be taking sydeny and Crawford there for their birthday. My mom and I will be taking them there and they are going to have so much to fun. There is a log ride, some spinny rides a farm so they can ride ponnies. I can’t wait… its also wakestock!! that wil be fun for me

So I moved in now and its almost done jsut a few things left to put up and I have EVERYTHING left to unpack pretty much. My closet is still REALLY full but we spent yesterday finishing painting. Here are the pics .

Big thank you to Lindsay, Gregg, Jay, Matt, Maddy(who suprisingly can carry stuff), Nikki for helping me move and paint on Monday. An even BIGGER Thanks goes out to Mel who helped Monday and Tuesday with painting and moving and putting together furniture and taking out garbage. The biggest thanks goes to Anthony for coming on both monday and tuesday doing the same as Mel but he also brought me roses So pretty!!

For months I have been saving up for my condo. Well the closing date is in 3 days so I have had to go and get a bank draft to give to my lawyer. Well its weird now that I don’t have that large sum in my account I actually feel more relaxed. I guess maybe its the fact that I don’t have to worry about saving up money anymore or maybe its the fact that the money has all been paid for eveything up front and I don’t really have anything to worry about anymore just pick up the keys. But none the less it feels like most of my stress is gone

LAst night the Toronto Zoo had to put down the matriarch of the heard due to severe arthritis in her legs and she was having a hard time walking. She was 40 years old Poor Elephant the article from The Star is here.

I got spoiled this weekend by my two favourtie people in the world my mom and Anthony. Anthony got me this really cool TV Stand and my mom got me 2 sets of dishes, cutelry including steak knives, dish towels, frying pans, salt and pepper shakers, a medicine cabinet, a brita. So good. I am getting close to having almost everything. once I move in I will have a better idea of what I need now because everything is in boxes. Bah I can’t wait to move in 7 days now.

So I am only 13 days away now from my condo and all I have left is my TV stand and a shelf and a display for my elephants and then I have all my furniture. I ordered my couch from The Brick yesterday its so big and soft I love it!

So I have been counting down the days as anyone knows till I get my condo. Well now after today its 18 days. I can’t believe it I am starting to get nervous. I have 18 days to go and it means shopping time now. I actually am going out this weekend to look for furniture on Friday and Sunday I am going with Steve and mom to actually buy the stuff because steve is my ultimate haggler!!

Then Davey is off to Europe tomorrow night which is awesome for him. I am excited that someone else is going to Europe and gets to experience. I bought him some Euros for a birthday gift. He was really excited to get them. As well I have also given Liz’s birthday gift to him so she will get that on FRiday that lucky lucky girl!! I am jealous I totally want it!!

That was such an amazing game yesterday. Here are my celebratory pics of downtown. There was crazy things happening a penalty shot right in the begining for France. A nice goal by Italy to tie it up. A goal by Italy that didn’t count because someone was offside(not quite sure what offsiding is). Then a France player (Zindane) who was apparently a fairly classy player for most of his career who was retiring after yesterdays game headbutted someone square in the chest. Got himself a RED card(means your ejected from the game). We don’t know what was said but something was said to make him do that. Then it came to the shoot out which everyone expected Italy to loose because thats what has happened with most of their shoot outs. Well it ended up being 5-3 (because france didn’t take their last shot because they had already lost) but it was soo amazing.

Then we went down to St.Clair and Dufferin and that was just amazing. Such a great party. Even though there wasn’t any drinking or food… or bathrooms…. not too many restaurants or pubs you could get into. However it was great. There was one restaurant that didn’t have any tables but they let us use their washrooms.

So my new camera is amazing!! I am learning all the new features it is so cool I can take really close pictures and black and white pictures and sepia and landscapes into panoramics it is sooo cool. Here is what I have taken a pictures of. The one of my toe is my bunion which I am having removed in november. Enjoy!

So I got a new toy. I got a Canon SD30. Its pretty. I got the black one it comes in red, purple and gold. Its soooo pretty this is it. I like it I got the 2 year extended warranty and I got a 512 MB memory card…. this camera takes forever to charge the first time though it has been charging almost 2 hrs now!! NEwho I will tlak to you all later

Well there is a bit of new stuff going on in my life….

Stacey now works at Planit with me which is cool because now I ALWAYS have company when I drive to and from work. But the day after she started this guy who worked here decided to up and leave because he wanted to start a business doing what we do. He will have a harder time going about it because all he has is working here as knowledge based. No Architecture degree, no Engineering degree so who knows. But i was VERY bitter about him leaving.

Then things with Anthony are great as ever. I don’t think I have ever been so happy with someone. I just smile when I think about him.

Going camping this weekend with Anthony and all his buds this should be fun. I really like them they are crazy which is really fun. I also haven’t been camping since last summer so this will be fun. As long as the rain goes away!!!

I get my condo in 32 days. YAY. I am soo excited. only a couple days left and then its all mine…. ALLL MINE…. then I go away for the weekend. Woohoo!!!

Well another sad loss for a Canadian team. Edmonton lost last night. But they made it when no one thought they would. That was sad. However, I was very entertained by Anthony, Nick, Leanne, Adam and Char. They are all very amusing they were beating each other up or gigglin away in the corner making the boys suspicious. Its a riot!!!! They are a little crazy but crazy in a good way. Like my friends a bit. Its nice.

So Anthony loved his gift and that is exactly what I wanted. It makes me sooooooooooo happy. Not only that he had an amazing birthday. We went to his place and watched the Italy vs. USA . We wont talk about that. But it was fun. Then his mom and dad so graciously made a tonne of food. It was all soooo yummy. then we went out to Squeeze. It was really a lot of fun. I am looking forward to going camping with them. They are all a riot.
